Refund Policy - the basics

Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule services. If less than 48 hours' notice is given, a 50% cancellation fee will apply unless the client reschedules at the time of cancellation. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in a 100% fee if the client cancels on the day of service, is not home at the scheduled time, or if staff are unable to access the property. In cases of emergencies, such as illness or accidents, fees may be waived on a case-by-case basis.

What does this mean (Explain like I'm 5)?

If you need to cancel or change your cleaning, please tell us at least two days before. If you don’t tell us in time, we’ll have to charge you half the price unless you reschedule right away. If you cancel the same day or aren’t home when we arrive, we’ll need to charge the full price. But, if something serious happens, like you're sick or there's an emergency, we can talk and might not charge you.
